Dudely's Bakery saturday

I got in some hot riding today. Was up late last night at the Cancer for College auction and didn't get started until after 10:00am this morbing. Very hot back inland. At least 95 in Ramona and Santa Ysabel (Dudley's). I wanted to keep early efforts in check and be certain that I stayed hydrated today. Did a good job and rode steady on the flats and mod-hard on most climbs up to my turn around. Over the second half I lifted efforts and the last hour stronger. Ride time was 4:02. PE, HR and Power all lined up nicely. HOT!

Entire ride: 211 NP // HR 132
1st half: 206 NP // HR 130
2nd half: 217 NP // HR 136
last 60min: 227 NP // HR 140
