any help for a young ironman

Hi all you triathlon gurus!
I'm a 20-year-old triathlete from Finland and I TRULY want to find my potential at ironman racing. I did my first iron-distance race last year in 10h29min with a 44K marathon. Since then I've been told that I could have huge potential at ironmans. I started doing any athletics only when I was 17 and obviously my swim is my weakest link (1.09/3,8K in 2006). This year I will be racing Elbaman in Italy(iron-distance with a pretty hilly bike course) on September 30. I will have august and september totally devoted to tri-training and I'm pretty scared that I would end up putting my self over the edge (already nuked myself last spring with a pretty severe hormonal disorder)because I struggle to set up a good program and finding a good coach in Finland is nearly impossible. And even that I've read all Gordos articles and blogs I'm struggling to find a good basic week pattern. Also would it make sense after two iron-focused years (2006 and 07) to focus on half-ironmans next year? I've thought that solely focusing on iron-distance at my age propably isn't the way to fast ironmans in 30's. I've also big ambitions work-career wise and would like to succeed at both (ironmans and business-world). This is kinda all Gordos fault because I am truly impressed by his story and he is my role model:)
So any advice and help would be hugely appreciated!
Thanks in advance,
