things to do in Boulder

Looking for some advice from some of you who are lucky enough to live in the Mecca of the Triathlon world. I will be passing through Boulder at the end of the month and should get to stay for a day or two. I will have my family with me (wife, 5 yr. old boy & 8 yr. old girl) but want to hit some of the Tri-friendly sites while there.
I will be there Saturday, July 28th and Sunday July 29th. Looking for good restaurants, running & biking trails, place to stay, tri-shops, etc. Any help would be appreciated. My wife & I will have our road bikes, but will have to take turns riding because of the kidos. From there we will be heading to the mountains, so will get plenty of family time hiking, rafting, etc. in the Buena Vista area.
If anyone ever plans to stop in Tulsa, I would be happy to tell you all about the local endurance sports community. We have the weekly “Bubba dodge” ride, where you try to avoid being plowed by pickups while riding on our designated bike routes that don’t have shoulders. Instead of KP’s ride to Dudley’s bakery, we have the ride to the Bait Shop in Mannford. And, we have plenty of restaurants with both kinds of food – Burgers & B.B.Q.
Thanks for the help.
