I am sure everyone thought I was talking about the wetsuit, right
Anyway, what are the thoughts on the Helix at IMWI (this is the spiral 4 story ramp that we run up.) It is STEEP and quite long. I find that after swimming 60min at say a HR of 140-45, you are hard pressed to keep your HR even close to aerobic while going up this ramp.
Soooo, do you:
B) Jog and keep it as close to aerobic as you can.
C) Run it and know that 1 HR spike is not going to ruin your race.
I will get data tomorrow, but I am guessing that walking the ramp will take 2-3+min. Running it, maybe a minute. I will get data, but wanted to get a few ideas.
