I have read it a 1000 times on here and Gordo's old forum that the two key limiters for most triathletes are Body Composition and Muscular Endurance. I have really been busting it over the last year or so and have gotten my body composition where it needs to be, but continue to struggle with my muscular endurance.
What is the best way to tackle this?
