Exposure to Heat Stress.

So it has been pretty hot a lot of places and it is no different here in Kentucky. Last week (in Lexington) it was over 95 degrees almost everyday with the heat index around 105 on a couple days, right now (just got done riding) it is 97F and tomorrow we have a predicted high of 99F.

I'm not sure if it will continue into next week for those doing IMLOU, but I do have a question regarding training at this stage (last build, start peak) of the training cycle.

I've been pretty conservative training in the heat thinking that I could do way more damage than good trying to get in too many sessions when it is so hot... I've ran on the treadmill a couple times too.

I'm preping for IMMOO, any suggestions on how to approach this?

PS - having grown up in NE and lived in CO, I must confess that above 100 back home is way more comfortable than mid 90's here. The humidity has taken some time to get used to.
