Hey there KP, G and my boulder brothers...
Been a bit slack in sending posts but have had some missions getting emails in the south of france, just read a few of your posts about Canada and thought I'd shed some light on conditions here in Korea...
Crazy place man, all I can say is brutal. As of this morning there is two days to go and I woke to beautiful sunshine and waht appeared a lovely day. Then outside, sun, hummidity and a fair ammount of wind. Within 5 minutes of easy jogging you are just about saturated to the bone in sweat. Gonna have to be a very smart boy in 2 days time... What did that tortise do again?...
As if this sport wasnt tough enough huh? Been doing everything to get the body in tip-top shape, funny story is I have been 'stealing' the ice from the ice machines on every level of the hotel and having ice baths the last couple of days. As Im such a pussy I get my wife to do it also as she was complaining of some sore legs from the gym so fingers crossed she's good to go on Sunday too cos I'll need a fit support crew!
Actually I am good to go, I just pray there is gonna be a swim this year as two of the last 3 years = no swim due to monsoon like conditions.
Good luck to all my home boys in Canada, i'm sure I'll think of you all at some stage to help ease the pain in the knowledge that some buddies are doing playing this same silly game on the other side of the world.
Ok gotta bounce, go hard and we'll catch up after the day if not before...
