Tired of Chicken

After 9 months of eating mostly chicken as a source of protien here in Baghdad, I've ventured out into the world of imitation crab meat. Quite tasty I've found, and the high sodium content serves me well in this environment.
But how good is this stuff for you? Anything referred to as "imitation" can't be healthy, right? I've done some preliminary research and already knew the stuff wasn't really CRAB meat, but fish instead, but looking for some additional feedback.
Starting to finally cool off here. Uppper 90s/low 100s during the day, low 70s at night. What a welcomed change!
