Tuesday - 4000 meters: Strength/Endurance Swim

I use something similar to today's workout in the pool to check up on my swim strength and endurance.
When I can do this swim well, I know my base strength and endurance are pretty well in place for an IM swim.

1000 straight

8x250 as (100 IM / 150 free) on 15sec rest

10x100 on 10sec rest with paddles and buoy

TOTAL 4000m
