30/30 run program

On Day 27 of my 30/30 run program, I got up with some low back pain after an awkward twist at home the evening before. Drove out to UCSD for an aerobic marker run and decided to call it off as the stiffness increased. I had some nice results from the frequency and my feet felt good. As I stated when I got started, hitting 30/30 was less important than staying healthy. I am encouraged by the feet.
