hope you dont mind me posting, not sure if it was either a 20 or 25 min run test that i read before but after work, went to the local track and did this, targetted ave AeT was 148 but ave 156 bpms. managed 4kms or 2.5miles roughly around 6:15 km pace. the 156 hr felt ok, just thought the fatigue from work and a bit dehydrated, followed the protocol with regard to breathing pattern. is 156 bpms a bit on the upper scale? i`m 34 and 145lbs at 5`9, thanks for any inputs!
