trainer/run feast thoughts?

For the next week I'll need to be on trainer only with no ability to get on the road...I will be able to run outside, but will have no access to a pool...
This is what I'm thinking for mixing it up...feedback is welcome....
1 hour and a half workout each day...
Day 1: 1 hour on trainer w/ 30 min run
Day 2: 45 minutes on trainer w/ 45 minute run
Day 3: 30 minutes trainer w/ 1 hour run
Day4: 30 minutes trainer w/ 30 minute run then back on trainer for 30 minutes
Day 5: 30 minute run w/ 1 hour on trainer
Day 6: 45 minute run w/ 45 minutes on trainer
Day 7: 1 hour run w/ 30 minutes on trainer
All are bricks...
