The last two weeks starting from 12/24 I trained on 15 days untils today (the first weeks was a 6 days working week) the second part was off from work one day was off on a business trip. First week was 19h second week 22h plus two days of the current week (7h45min)
7h strenght 36k swim 101k run and 725k (20h) on the CT trainer 49h an average of 3h per day. Due to the mix of the sports never felt flat and or had to dig in deep.
I think thats the difference between my former IM preparation and my just train type of think now
