Long story short, but here is the gist of my delimna...my absolute busiest time of the year at work is January thru May...due my commitments at work and more importantly at home (5 year old and 3 year old boys) I'll basically be limited to early morning short rides and trainer rides...I'm doing a Half-Ironman in early May...
I'm currently able to get in all my swimming and running I need at a very consistent level, but need help optimizing my bike workouts...
I'd like to ride 3-4 times a week typically 60-90 minute rides...I may be able to get in a couple rides of 2-3 hours between now and then
How should I structure each week and will not getting in a ton of road miles hurt me?
Any insight is greatly appreciated.
