BCAAs? Omega 3/6/9s? Fish Oil?

If I'm a 6'2, 180lb, ~6%bf athlete training 20+ hrs per week, what would you reccommend for BCAA, Omega, antioxidant and other recovery and general health-oriented. supplements? I don't want to spend too much money, but I also want to ensure maximum recovery. I compete primarily in 24-72+ hour adventure races but also half ironmans and some bike races and ultramarathons...lots of volume here.
I've been experimenting using 5mg of MRM brand BCAAs + Glutamine 4-5x/day, including before and after workouts to lean out while continuing to eat well. Recovery shake is GenR8 Vitargo and Whey Protein plus L-Carnitine. I've been slacking on Omega 3s and need a good brand, dose etc.
Am I far off here?
