R & R week

On the end of a R & R weeks some thoughts that took me 5 years to incorporate
a R & R week is not lost training time
a R & R week does not preclude you from training
a R & R week does not change your body composition
a R & R week adds not to body weight
Don't subtitute decreased time with increased effort
