Is it normal??? Most of the time just rolling along doing my training schedule, and then wow out of nowhere it dawns on me; what I’ve been doing--- why I’m doing it---- and oh my gosh my race is in three weeks! I’m just kinda lost today going through the motions trying to get grounded again. Just need to get to Sat BDT, these training days always get me back in a good frame of mind and make me feel GREAT!
I hope I’m not the only one out there who gets in a state of “Oh my gosh” syndrome!
