In an effort to rid myself of any imbalances that may be causing my ITB problems, today I did 2x10 on lunges (15lb dumbbells) and Squats (25lb plates).
My legs feel fine, but my glutes are fried! Like, I need both hands to get in & out of the car - fried. I'm guessing this means I'm on the right track.
