Today was a run focus day. With the AT issue I opted for a 60 minute walk. The Achilles held up well and then it was of to EC HQ for a monster breakfast. With most folks running 90 minutes plus the pool session was only 2000 SCY. It was broken down as 400 Free, 2x200 descending, 4x100 descending, 8x50 with odds br/bk and 16x25 with every 4th all out. I threw in an extra 100 cool down. I hit a PR on the 200 and 100 and that is after 15000 yards of swimming for the week in addition to all the cycling. By the end of tomorrow I will have a PR for most swim volume in a 7 day period. My body has held up to the additional swim volume well. Then it was time for lunch back at EC HQ and then an afternoon of quiet time. We had a great dinner with good conversation with JD, Matt, AC, Gordo, and Robby. My big ride is tomorrow as I am heading back home on Saturday, hopefully I will have a wrap up for the week. In the event Molina is reading, still no Saddle Sores:)
