Hey folks, I am wondering if I can get suggestions for some new recipes.. Im getting a little blind-sided here. I have, for two months now, subsisted on pasta with tuna and stir-fry type things with tofu. However, the trainer says that I need to vastly increase the protein I am consuming. The only problem I have is, what sorts of meat-based things can I cook and stick in the fridge, for consumption at lunch/post-workouts etc. ??
Any ideas for good recipes that will last in the fridge for at least 4-5 days? Indian cooking (which has been largely vegetarian, since this is all I know) is dependent on lentils a lot and the carb-protein ratio is pretty high.. this doesnt help me a lot...
