Bike Camp - day 14

Today was the 14th day of my bike focus. Over 5hrs, it was my strongest ride of the 8 keys rides during that period. It has been a very steady effort during the camp. In my view, an overload period on the bike of this short is the fastest, safest, legal way to improve bike endurance, raise power, learn what you can actually do over 5hrs aero in the saddle and teach your mind and body to manage discomfort. For me, my race day nutrition is already locked away and a proven item, so this type of riding is also an opportunity to run fueling a bit light and lean out some. It's been a lot of fun in the sun.
