After my brief layoff I am back rolling up some training. After the 4hr ride with 30min TT on Saturday I was able to get in solid runs Sun, Mon and then a 2hr run Tuesday and a 3hr ride today done as steady with mod-hard intervals. The long run and strength ride today were done during noon hour heat. It's been mid 90s with relative humidity in southtown this week so fueling and hydration have to be carefully planned. Still, it makes execution an issue and is a good reminder of what many athletes are facing all over the country as they do key sessions or race. Keep it rolling ....
