Bike Focus for the next few weeks

After about two months (Oct in Kona // to mid December) of very little riding (maybe 2-3hrs a week) I have started a bike focus period where I am riding everyday. I chose frequency over duration last week and logged a little over 13 hours with no ride over 2 hours 45 minutes, the shortest being 1 hour 30 minutes. Most of the riding includes a warm up and some easy to steady, ending with brief standing over shorts climbs back up to my home. So I get a variety of efforts. The exception was a ride with Julie and Jen (both very fit right now) where the gals took me inland on Dehesa road and clowned me on the climbs for a couple hours.
The data for the 2:45 ride:
Total ride: NP 226
Best 60min NP 244
Best 30min NP 252
TSS was about 200
I'll look forward to doing that route again when I drop 15lbs!
This unplanned intensity nearly took me out of my daily riding
The rain is gone for now, the sun is back out and normal 70 degree winter temps have returned.
Looking to go inland Wednesday with some fit pals. Hoping to avoid being clowned. They say it's their 'easy day'.
