Just wrapped up a strength type ride out to the climb to Lake Wohlford by Valley Parkway. A solid effort. I am feeling a nice boost in fitness on my rides. My ability to lift power to prolonged steady, some mod-hard and bits of hard & VO2max intervals then recover is shining through.

Best 20min was NP 233w
Best 10min was NP 268w
