Hi KP and Others,
Does anyone here have any experience with overtraining? Too much stress for the past few months coupled with my ambitious exercise routine finally got to me and I realized I was depleting my body. I've taken about a month off so far and feel like I am 'over the curve', but not really quite sure what to do now and how to begin getting back into an exercise routine. Does anyone know of a good protocol for getting things going again. My activities for the past few weeks have consisted mainly of walking, some easy swims, and bike rides to the grocery store. I am being realistic and realize it could take several months before I'm back into my full routine. The thing that confuses me is, will I really know when I'm 100% and ready to go?
Any advice or personal experiences would be great. Cheers!
