since i'm about to begin this journey let's chat...
how effective is a pure swim focus and continued upper body/core work for 2-3 weeks sans bike/run at maintaining blood volume??
how many weeks will it take to bring back bike/run at previous fitness levels?? assume my case of 4.5 months of daily training avg 18-20hrs/wk
