Gordo and the Endurance Corner crew are holding two summer camps in Colorado this year. One in July and one in August. These are not Epic Camps but offer opportunity to push yourself a bit, learn and have a great time. They come highly recommended by me. If I can, I'd like to scoot out there and see some action in July.
Press release from Endurance Corner:
This summer we will be offering two camps with part-camp option for athletes that prefer fewer days:
July 4th to 12th (arrive/depart on those days)
August 1st to 9th (arrive/depart on those days)
For those of you that are local and just want to drop in for a couple of days, we will welcome that as well as local coaches that want a “presentation only” module for USAT CEU credit.
Here’s a sample outline:
Saturday – Arrival, light training, camp overview talk and welcome dinner
Sunday – Big Day Training (swim, bike and run)
Monday – Switzerland Trail Bike-Run-Bike followed by Light Swim
Tuesday – Open Water Swim Day, Hills (St Vrain Loop), Transition Run – done by lunch – PM Open
Wednesday – Long Ride (Flats, Out and Back Option, Wiggins), Transition Run
Thursday – Long Open Water Swim, Easy spin, Transition Run – done by lunch – PM Open
Friday – Long Endurance Swim then Mesa Trail Run
Saturday – Mount Evans Ascent (the highest paved road in the Lower 48!)

All session fees
All training nutrition
Five dinners (we’ll have three open nights where you can check out downtown Boulder); and Three Brunches
Ten presentations (one CEU per presentation for the part-campers)
Presentations and technical instruction
10 CEUs (USA Triathlon) if you attend the full week
What’s Not Included:
Meals other than as above
Transport to/from session locations – so you’ll probably want a car rental
We can do room/full board at our place as well as arranging airport transfers.
Drop gordo a line if you are interested.
